Vehicle Options (Pickup Available within Tokyo’s 23 Wards)
We offer private charter services departing from Tokyo’s 23 wards using the following vehicle types:
1. Toyota Alphard
Maximum legal capacity: 7 persons (including driver)
Recommended for: Small groups seeking a premium, private experience with 3–4 large suitcases
Note: When the number of passengers approaches the vehicle’s full capacity, luggage space may be limited.
2. Toyota Hiace
Maximum legal capacity: 10 persons (including driver)
Recommended for: Groups of around 6 people with luggage, or up to 9 passengers with minimal or no luggage
Note: When the number of passengers approaches the vehicle’s full capacity, luggage space may be limited.
Please note that due to the Hiace’s larger engine size and vehicle class, fuel and expressway toll costs are slightly higher than those of the Toyota Alphard, and total pricing may vary depending on the specific route and distance.
All vehicles are properly registered and insured in accordance with Japanese transportation regulations.
Only legally licensed operators are permitted to offer chauffeur-driven services with these vehicle types.
Service Time and Usage
Each booking is for a fixed 10-hour package, calculated from the time the vehicle departs the garage to when it returns to the garage.
Guests can expect approximately 9 to 9.5 hours of actual usable time depending on distance and traffic conditions.
If extended usage is required, an overtime fee of USD 30 per 30 minutes will apply, payable directly to the driver on-site.
Please contact us in advance if you anticipate the need for additional hours so we can plan accordingly within legal limits.

Insurance & Safety
All vehicles are insured under commercial passenger transport insurance, in full compliance with Japanese law.
Cancellation & Booking Policy
Once payment is completed, the reservation is considered confirmed.
The following cancellation fees apply based on the number of days prior to the reserved service date:
Cancellation Timing Fee
Up to 22 days before service No cancellation fee
21 to 8 days before service 20% of the total service fee
7 to 2 days before service 30% of the total service fee
1 day before service (by 17:00 JST) 50% of the total service fee
After 17:00 the day before / No-show 100% of the total service fee
